Eagles Ski Club offers ski tours in 2027.
The Eagles are a touring club offering many weeks of ski trips. I am coordinating five weeks of tours next spring (March and April 2027) through the Eagles Club. To join these tours, you will need to join the Eagles Club. You can find information about the Eagles Club here.
Avalanche Course Swiss Mountain Training Level 2 (Full) 21–23 December 2026, 25–27 January 3 days training. Cost £400 (Instruction only). This course follows the Swiss Mountain Training Level 2 Syllabus for ski.

Ski Touring Instructional Course (Full)
8-12 Feb 2027 5 days training Cost £700 (Instruction only)
This an introductory instructional course which aims to increase confidence and ability in ski touring to enable members to take part in peer group trips. Based in Leysin with short ski tours around the Lämmerenhütte.
The course will convene at the Hotel du Cerf Le Sepey Switzerland.

21 March to 26 Mar 2026 inclusive. 6-day course Cost £750 (Guiding only) (1 place available)
Traversing the Alpine range between the villages of Les Diablerets and Kandersteg. This is a delightfully scenic hut to hut tour offering fantastic ski descents.

Saas 4000’ers Ski Tour
5 Apr 2026 to 9 Apr 2027 inclusive. 5-day course, Cost £700 guiding only. (3 places left as of 4/11/26)
A circular high level ski tour, from Saas Fee, climbing the 4000m peaks of the Allalinhorn, Strahlhorn and Alphubel. This is a demanding high altitude ski tour with a big glacier experience.

Urner Haute Route Ski Traverse 11 Apr 2026 to 16 Apr 2027 (3 places left 4/11/26)
A remote ski tour from Andermatt to Engelberg, climbing the sunny sides and descending the northern sides using traditional, small huts after a warm-up day at Andermatt.
Ski Tour OverviewThis is a beautiful snow tour traversing from Andermatt to Engelberg. The tour benefits from climbing up the sunny south facing slopes and navigating the colder northerly slopes. The route starts in the spectacular jagged granite mountains west of Andermatt traversing north over the Lochberglücke to the remote Chelenalptal. We then traverse over the beautifully glaciated Sustenhorn to the Hotel Steingletscher. From here we climb under the dramatic spires of the Fünffingerstock to descend to the Sustlihutte. The last day gives a wonderfully wild descent from the top of Grassen to Engelberg on north facing slopes. The mountain huts on this route are traditional, small and very charming.We shall have a warm up day doing one of the fabulous snow tours from Andermatt. Both Andermatt and Engelberg are famous resorts renowned for their off piste snow sports and snow touring. If you wanted to arrive early to extend your holiday, you are sure to find excellent snow sports here.
